15. REDEVELOPMENT

This factsheet has been compiled to provide Community/Residents/Tenants Groups who are involved in areas earmarked for redevelopment with information under the following sections; the process of redevelopment, the vesting procedure, what happens after vesting and the entitlement to compensation.
 
The factsheet also provides advice on appointing an Agent and the types of compensatory payments available.
