19. PLAYGROUND SURVEY

This factsheet is an example of a short survey designed to gather information on the need for a play area in a local neighbourhood, whilst also gauging the communities opinion on the parks siting etc.
 
So if your group aims to have a playground built in the community this simple survey is a very useful method of gathering information that will help in the development of your project and at the same time involve as many of the residents as possible.
